Praise the LORD for his mercy endureth forever!  I try not to write about money very often because God does much greater things for us than giving money.  However this time I wanted to share how God helped us with you.  For the last few weeks we have been very close to having no money at all.  I was still preaching most nights, and many times I would use all the money we had that day to go.  Then the next day God would miraculously give us enough for food and preaching again.  I praised God many times for giving Amy the ability to make anything taste wonderful.  We were overdue on our bills for electricity, water, condo and phone.  The last two days our whole family has been sick, we think it was some food we ate.  Just today we used our last 7 baht to buy water.  I have to admit it was getting hard.  I was starting to wonder when they would cut off our electricity and what I should do when they do.  I asked God to help me with my unbelief.  I knew He could help us again as He has always helped us in the past.  Just a few minutes ago Amy was preparing some food and after this all we had for tomorrow was rice.  While Amy was cooking she cut her thumb with a knife and she is holding a bandage on the wound to stop the bleeding as I type.  I prayed to the LORD for help again and asked for him to have mercy upon us.  Praise God!  We can always talk to Him.  He hears us and he makes promises in His Word!

But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.

(Matthew 6:33)

I decided to check my bank account before we eat.  And there was one thousand dollars in it!  I don't know what to say... except PRAISE the LORD!

Heavenly Father I am honored to be your servant even though I am unworthy of myself.  I thank you that by your Son Jesus Christ I am made worthy!  You are a wonderful Master to serve.

I do not yet know were the money came from, and maybe I will never know.  But one thing for sure is that God sent it!

Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us,

(Ephesians 3:20)
